Key Requirements:
BREEAM is measured with five ratings; Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent and Outstanding. The requirements for certain ratings can be imposed by planning authorities.

Office of Government Commerce (OGC);
DCSF (Department for Children, Schools and Families);
Welsh Assembly Government;
Regional Development Agencies;
Local Authorities; and
Department of Health.
